When there is too much detail in your artwork or your design has tints and tones with graduating colours then silkscreen printing or offset printing is the best option for your badge.

For solid colours we will silkscreen print the badge at 300dpi, and pantone match colours. For artwork that has tints or graduating colours, we will offset print using CMYK colours.

An epoxy coating is applied to your badge to protect the printing. Another popular choice for large campaigns.

The offset printing process offers full-colour reproduction with outstanding details and accuracy.
